Bring a copy of your registration confirmation email, the one with the QR code on the second page to early packet pick up or when you come to check in on day of event for faster service.

Strict rules apply for packet pick up – PLEASE READ THIS BELOW if you want someone else to pick up for you. This also includes spouses.
You can send a friend/spouse to pick up your packet at early packet pick up, just make sure you have signed your online waiver when you registered and give him/her a copy of your Government-Issued photo ID, along with a copy of your registration confirmation email, And the permission form that can be found on our website under the question – (Need a friend to pick up your packet for you?) on the Event Information page.
How to for packet pickup Information
*** NOTE, your waiver must be signed to use this option***
If you registered for a friend/spouse and they have not yet signed their waiver, you cannot pick up for them. They must pick up and sign race waiver.
GATES TO PARKING WILL NOT OPEN UNTIL 2 PM –
DO NOT COME EARLY, YOU CAN NOT PARK EARLIER THAN 2 PM.
Our Trail for both runs cross the entrance road. The entrance gate will closes 15 minutes before 1st race begins at 4 PM and will NOT re-open until all runners cross finish line. Around 6:30 PM. There is NO entrance or exit unless you’re in an emergency vehicle during these times.
DO NOT BE LATE TO THE RUN! GET HERE BY 3:30 PM
Parking at event:
We encourage carpooling and designated drivers. General Parking is $10 for cars & $30 for RV’s and Busses. PLEASE HAVE CASH. Parking is on the event site at 2600 Barkley Rd. and detailed directions can be found on our web site at www.badassbeerrun.com
*** Runners/Walkers- Please wear your bibs from the time you arrive until you have used all the attached Tasting coupons, also keep your wrist bands on at all times. You want the special stuff that comes with price of admission; so keep them bibs on!
*** Spectators are welcome to attend the event and support you. If they want to purchase a glass of beer or a cocktail or a lot of tastes from many of our great breweries the option is available.
*** Our 1st & 2nd place finishers for both the 5K & 1K will be awarded a special medal at award ceremony at 7PM.
***The opportunity to purchase Bad Ass Beer Run merchandise, a cocktail, more tastes, a full beer, and let’s not forget great food from one of our food trucks will also be a part of the event.
***Bag check will be available for $2.00 at the merchandise tent.
Reminder – This is not a timed run. This is a run for Fun & BEER! We got no clocks!
