Saturday  April 27th, 2019 —  with 5K starting at 4 pm followed by 1K

REGISTRATION FEES

Registration is open to all ages for participation in this event. There are no age restrictions for spectators, but if your under 18 years of age you need to be accompanied by an adult.

Both our attendees 21 and over & those under 21 will be provided with a color coded wrist band and required to keep it on throughout the event, as well as a color coded wrist band for those under age of 21.  A special wrist band will also be provided for Designated Drivers (DD).  We ask DD’s to announce their arrival at check in.

All participants, spectators, and volunteers are required to have a Government-issued photo ID on their person at all times. Expired ID’s or Driver’s Licenses will NOT be accepted. We can’t stress enough the importance of bringing your very own personal designated driver!

DAY OF EVENT

  • Gates open for parking at 2:00 PM –  Will not open early. Do not come early.
  • Fee for parking is $ 10 at gate                                                                                                                                                   – Please have CASH 
  • Check in / Late Registration / Late packet pick up starts at 2:00 PM
  • Register early by clicking our “register now” button
  • Prices will continue to go up as event date gets closer.
  • 5K starts at 4:00 PM with 1K to follow
  • Event will run no later than 10 PM

The Camino Community Action Committee (CCAC) mission is to preserve Camino, California’s community traditions, history, and architecture.  The CCAC hosts the yearly National Night out event for its community, along with suppling services to those with in the community with needs they can’t meet themselves.  This committee also provides scholarships to students with its community’s schools and provides their schools with much needed funds and supplies.

EARLY PACKET PICK UP

Bring a Printed out copy of your registration confirmation email, the one with the QR code on the second page to early packet pick up or when you come to check in on day of event for faster service.

Need a friend to pick up your packet for you?

No problem, send them with this form & a photo copy of your ID.
Strict rules apply for packet pick up – PLEASE READ THIS if you want someone else to pick up for you. This also includes spouses.

You can send a friend/spouse  to pick up your packet at early packet pick up, just make sure you have signed your online waiver when you registered and give him/her a PRINTED OUT COPY of your Government-Issued photo ID, along with a PRINTED OUT COPY copy of your registration confirmation email, And a PRINTED OUT COPY of the permission form.

NO PICTURES ON PHONE OF THE SIGNED PERMISSION FORM OR PHONE CALLS WILL WORK. MUST HAVE ACTUAL PRINTED HARD COPY OF ALL NEEDED DOCUMENTATION.

If you registered for a friend/spouse and they have not yet signed their waiver, you cannot pick up for them. They must pick up and sign race waiver. 

 

Directions to Event & Parking info.

FROM SACRAMENTO

Traveling up highway 50 with Sacramento in your rear view mirror look for these signs on the right side of the highway……

– Camino Next Left – This is your que to get in the left lane.

Next sign you’ll see will read – To Apple Hill Dr.  Left Lane, then next sign will be <—— Camino, follow this signs directional arrow, turn LEFT.

Look for event directional signage as you veer right onto Carson road.

Make an immediate left onto Barkley Rd, and watch for entrance signs to parking area.

FROM LAKE TAHOE

Traveling down highway 50 with Lake Tahoe behind you, look for these signs on the right side of the highway……

– Camino 1 Mile, Exit 54 – This is your que to get in the right lane.

Next sign you’ll see will read – Apple Hill Drive Next Exit, then next sign will be Camino with an arrow showing which way to go.

As you pull off you’ll veer right onto Carson road – You’ll pass through a small town as you continue on Carson road to Barkley Rd

Turn right onto Barkley Rd, and watch for entrance signs to parking area.

Disabled vehicle parking is available if needed, please email us and let us know.
Motorcycle riders, if your group is attending the event and there will be more than 15 bikes in your group, please email us for special parking.
Busses & RV’s email us for parking information.

Register April Beer Run

No Refunds / Rain or shine the run goes on…….

This race is not a certified 5K course, this race is NOT timed.

We are hereby informing participants of the need to consult with a physician for a physician’s approval for my participation in the Event. We also recommended that participants need to have a yearly or more frequent physical examination and consult with my physician as to physical activity and exercise. Participants need to have either a physical examination or have been given physician’s permission to participate in the Event. YOU HAVE BEEN INFORMED!!

Intoxicated volunteers notice:
All participants, spectators, and volunteers of the Bad Ass Beer Run are expected to drink responsibly and ensure they have a safe, responsible means of transportation before leaving the event. If you are intoxicated before entering the event, entrance may be denied to the event. If you get intoxicated at the event and cause a disturbance of any kind you may be asked to leave the event and may be subject to further consequences.
